I know it sounds repetitive, but going home is always home.
It's not just the air of the house, the air of Rome is magic, is special! Its people, its traffic, its remotest corners. Different worlds come together. Before you're on the busy Piazza San Giovanni, cars that go towards the ring road, whizzing scooters and pedestrians trying to cross frightened. Then you just 50 meters away and here in San Giovanni in Laterano, the main road, a long and narrow street from the basilica of San Giovanni leads straight to the coliseum through San Clemente. An air than people who eat sitting at the restaurant, it seems another world, a peace and tranquility can not believe that just a few meters away from the chaos, yet it is so, Rome can amaze and excite knows that no other place in the world knows give.

Via Prenestina so busy that I choose to walk rather than wait for the bus, the mechanic's waiting for me on the road, I charged on my machine and takes me to the workshop, where he explains the work he has done. In the meantime, show me "her jewelry, antique car still thought to exist only in Hollywood, maybe in some movie about Al Capone or better yet, for some Cinecittà film about the Rome of the early twentieth century. There are different, and proudly shows me telling me how he and his colleagues to organize gatherings of classic cars on weekends. I listen to him amused and fascinated. thinking how strange, a mechanical casal bertone fix cars while that of others, sometimes polished his Bianchina. Again, this is Rome! Son
